We obtain your data primarily directly from you in connection with our recruitment process, but it may happen that we receive your data from our employees as part of the referral program. In this case, we receive the data contained in your CV, i.e. in particular: name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact details indicated by the candidate, education, professional qualifications, employment history, other personal data indicated in the CV on your own initiative. 5. Your data will be stored: - for the duration of the recruitment process, unless the candidate withdraws from the recruitment process beforehand, and then for 3 years in connection with the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims; - in the case of consent to future recruitment until the consent to participate in future recruitment procedures is withdrawn, but no longer than two years from the end of the calendar year in which the consent was given. 6. Personal data may be transferred to other entities, the so-called recipients of personal data, i.e. in particular: - Elitmind sp.zo.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, - entities conducting postal or courier activities, - banks in order to make the necessary settlements, - state authorities or other entities authorized by law, in order to perform the obligations incumbent on the Administrator, - entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator m.in entities providing services in the field of legal assistance or personal data protection, - accounting, taxes or advisory services - the transfer takes place only if there is a legal basis for it, - companies providing us with IT support services, - companies supporting us in the field of employee recruitment, - a company providing professional personality tests SHL Polska. 7. Personal data may be transferred to third countries, provided that this is done in accordance with the GDPR and United Arab Emirates Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021. In particular, data may be transferred on the basis of so-called standard contractual clauses in connection with the use of IT systems provided by entities based there.
