We are looking for someone who:
- Knows the tech — Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence and Cloud Data Platforms — and can turn that knowledge into real business value. Experience with at least 1 from Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake stack is a must.
- Has hands-on and management experience of end-to-end delivery of business oriented analytical projects(Data Warehouses, Data lake/Lakehouse, Business Intelligence or AI solutions) and wants to move beyond delivery into strategy and consulting.
- Enjoys working with clients — engaging with c-level, directors, architects, tech leaders and service managers feels natural to you.
- Loves to propose and consult - experience, courage and ability to design and propose a high-level solution or service in close contact with the client.
- Wants to grow the business — not just maintain close relationships but actively identify new opportunities within existing accounts, work with new customers and create business proposals.
- Is proactive, independent and can challenge the client — you’ll plan your own schedule, organise meetings, workshops, presentations and create business proposals supported by the Delivery
What will you do?
- Partner with key clients to understand their needs and design solutions in the Data & AI space.
- Combine technical know-how with advisory skills — create technical solution visions with real business goals that make a real impact.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery & Technology teams, Marketing, and top tech partners like Microsoft, Databricks and Snowflake.
- Build long-term relationships and expand service portfolios within existing customers.
- Travel occasionally (Europe, Middle East) — flexible planning, based on events and client needs.

1. Initial Screening: If you meet our requirements, our recruiter will reach out to you for a chat about your motivations and expectations. Get ready to share your passion!
2. you will be invited to a one-hour online meeting with Head of People & Culture, during which we’d like to get to know you better, learn about your motivation to work with us, and understand your professional aspirations. It will also be a good opportunity for us to share our expectations regarding the role within our organization.
3. Next meeting will be conducted by Head of Digital Advisory, who would like to learn more abut your experience. You will be asked to prepare an offer based on provided guidelines. This task should take you up to 4 hours to complete.
4. We will then invite you to a final interview with the Head of Digital Advisory and Domain Lead during which you will be asked to present your results.
