We are looking for a Sales Development Consultant who combines commercial acumen with subject-matter expertise in Data & Analytics. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the early stage of the sales funnel – from discovery calls through lead validation to opportunity qualification and development.
You will work with existing customer databases and new leads generated by SDRs, BDRs, or marketing. Your role is consultative and strategic: to understand client needs, assess opportunity potential, and convert weak or unclear leads into solid sales opportunities.

What makes you a great fit?
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or consulting: preferably in Data & AI (Power BI, MS Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, Open AI, Gen AI)
- Proven experience conducting discovery calls and identifying customer needs.
Ability to evaluate opportunity potential and navigate multi-step qualification processes. - Solid understanding of Data & Analytics topics (e.g., BI, data integration, cloud, AI/ML, ETL, dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead consultative conversations with clients.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on measurable outcomes.
What will you do?
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects handed off by SDRs/BDRs or generated via marketing.
- Understand and assess the client’s business and technical needs.
Verify, qualify, and categorize sales opportunities based on their readiness, value, and strategic fit. - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to nurture early-stage deals.
- Convert weak, ambiguous, or dormant leads into strong sales opportunities.
- Build early-stage relationships with prospects and act as their first knowledgeable point of contact.
