IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our IT & Security team and help us develop and maintain our environment based on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.

Key technologies

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) | Intune | Microsoft 365 | LAN | WAN 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support or IT Specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
  • Good understanding of Windows / Microsoft 365 and LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network configuration.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written, sufficient for working with documentation and communicating within an international team.

 

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Fundamentals, Solutions Architect, Intune Administrator).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or Microsoft 365 automation.

What will you do?

  • Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and manage the Entra ID / Intune environment (device registration, compliance, policies, groups, profiles).
  • Configure and prepare computer hardware (Windows).
  • Collaborate with IT and Security project teams.
  • Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
  • Create reports and automation solutions in Power BI.
  • Participate in processes aligned with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Maintain accurate technical and process documentation.
