At Elitmind, you will work closely with Finance, Delivery Managers and Domain Leaders, helping us understand project performance, profitability and financial results across our growing portfolio of consulting and technology projects.
We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong analytical thinking with business curiosity and is willing to develop further in FP&A, project controlling and business partnering.

Experience & Expertice
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Accounting, Audit or a similar area.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis.
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies and business drivers behind financial results.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Understanding of project profitability and margin calculations.
- Experience in IT, consulting or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience working with project-based businesses.

Contract Duration
This is a fixed term position for approximately 18 months, created to support a strategic business initiative. Throughout this period, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and gain valuable experience in project finance within a growing consulting organization.
What will you do?
- Analyze project profitability, margins and financial performance
- Support monthly financial closing and forecasting processes
- Monitor project budgets, revenues, costs and billing data
- Prepare financial analyses, management reports and Power BI dashboards
- Deliver insights and recommendations to Delivery Managers and Business Leaders
- Identify financial risks and support process improvements and reporting automation
- Partner with Finance Leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
