We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Power BI Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, data analysis, and reporting. What will you do?

Participate in discussions with stakeholders and clients to better understand reporting requirements

Work with senior developers and analysts to translate business needs into reporting solutions

Support the creation of clear, well-structured reports, with strong attention to report aesthetics and visualization best practices

Assist in creating and updating DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs with guidance from senior team members

Assist with preparing, transforming, and validating data for reporting purposes

Help improve report accuracy, usability, and visual quality

Support troubleshooting of reporting and basic performance issues, escalating more complex topics when needed

Help investigate and resolve reporting or data quality issues

Support report publishing, refresh monitoring, and workspace-related activities in Power BI Service

Document report logic, definitions, and development changes where needed
