Customer Success Manager

The Ideal candidate has experience in Identification of customer needs, especially in the area of new cloud and data technologies. This role demands focus on existing customers’ growth and retention. We are looking for a self-driven person with knowledge in the area of new cloud technologies (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security or Apps) that will enable Elitmind to growth within existing customers.

What do we expect?

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Goal-oriented and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present arguments clearly and understandably.
  • Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Experience in the area of Technology Sales or Presales, as CDO, CTO, Digital Advisor, Architect, Leader of technology/domains or other relevant role utilizing new cloud technologies (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security, Apps).
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally (Western Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East- Dubai) - you plan your schedule, but events may require it.

What will you do?

  • Managing assigned accounts, retaining customers and leading a matrix team to work for customer’s success.
  • Identification of customer needs in the area of new cloud technologies.
  • Co-creating the strategy for the Customer Success & Growth department.
  • Collaboration with other departments of the company, especially Delivery&Tehnology team and New Business team.
  • Close cooperation with technology partners such as Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, GCP, etc.
  • Active efforts and planning to acquire new projects and/or services within existing customers, building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success & Growth.
