We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who combines commercial acumen with a desire for professional development in the field of data and analytics. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting Sales Team in the sales process at every stage.
Your role is to support the team in achieving sales targets, but also in carrying out other assigned tasks in the area of sales and marketing.

At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or consulting.

Proven experience conducting discovery calls and identifying customer needs.

Excellent communication skills in Polish and English and ability to lead consultative conversations with clients.

Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on measurable outcomes.

We expect you to work from the Warsaw office 4 days a week.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Data & Analytics topics (e.g., BI, data integration, cloud, AI/ML, ETL, dashboards)
- Very good German skills.

Understand and assess the client’s business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to nurture early-stage deals.

Convert weak, ambiguous, or dormant leads into strong sales opportunities.

Build early-stage relationships with prospects and act as their first knowledgeable point of contact.
