In short, we are looking for a Snowflake Team Lead to join our existing Team at Elitmind. In this role you will take part in innovative projects to implement solutions for our customers using the latest Data & AI technology.

What makes you a great fit?
Key technologies
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on Snowflake development.
- Experience in leading and managing a team, planning development path and daily support.
- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and features, including data sharing, cloning, streaming, and time travel.
- Expertise in SQL and performance tuning within Snowflake.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and Python language.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, or AWS, particularly in managing Snowflake deployments and integrations.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design data architectures for high-availability and fault tolerance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Very good level of English.

- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
- Manage ETL/ELT processes for data pipelines using Snowflake and related technologies.
- Optimize Snowflake for performance and cost efficiency with partitioning, clustering, and indexing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to meet analytical and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
- Enforce best practices for data modeling, data integration, and SQL development.
- Stay updated on Snowflake features and industry trends; recommend architecture improvements.
