- General knowledge of ITIL processes
- Understanding of the Service Desk processes and support lines
- Hands-on experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis
- Strong skills in database development
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, particularly in pipeline creation and maintenance
- Familiarity with stored procedures
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus
- Familiarity with Python would be an advantage

What will you do?
- Monitor the operation and processes of data ingestion into the Data Warehouse.
- Solve problems, resolve requests, and handle them in the IT support ticket system.
- Signal deviations, report disruptions, intervene, and solve identified issues in functionality, reliability, speed, and capacity.
- Perform basic platform and user administration.
- Maintain contact and collaboration with colleagues and business users.
- Test and implement new platform functionalities.
- Support DevOps processes and implement CI/CD pipelines (include Azure Data Factory pipelines)
- Create reports and implement changes to existing solutions using Power BI.
- Develop and optimize databases, including creating stored procedures and tables, executing ad hoc queries, and maintaining the database repository.
