  • Understanding of the Service Desk processes and support lines
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis
  • Strong skills in database development
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, particularly in pipeline creation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with stored procedures
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus
  • Familiarity with Python would be an advantage

What will you do?

  • Monitor the operation and processes of data ingestion into the Data Warehouse.
  • Solve problems, resolve requests, and handle them in the IT support ticket system.
  • Signal deviations, report disruptions, intervene, and solve identified issues in functionality, reliability, speed, and capacity.
  • Perform basic platform and user administration.
  • Maintain contact and collaboration with colleagues and business users.
  • Test and implement new platform functionalities.
  • Support DevOps processes and implement CI/CD pipelines (include Azure Data Factory pipelines)
  • Create reports and implement changes to existing solutions using Power BI.
  • Develop and optimize databases, including creating stored procedures and tables, executing ad hoc queries, and maintaining the database repository.
